CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

As you use this site, you may need to enter your child’s data, or interact with data that has already been entered, into the OBD system. OBD takes seriously the security of this data and complies with all Federal law pursuant to its protection.

OBD urges parents and guardians to discuss with their children restrictions regarding the online release of Personal Information to anyone they don’t know and to monitor their children’s Internet activities. We strive to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Please read this Privacy Policy in its entirety to understand what Personal Information is collected from children on our Site and how we use such information. We use best efforts to establish and maintain reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal information collected from children, although no assurances are provided.

No part of the Site is specifically structured to attract children under the age of 13, except under the guidance and supervisions of an adult. Parental/Guardian consent is required in order for any child under 13 years of age to submit Personal Information to the Site and before OBD will use or disclose that Personal Information.

We will provide to a parent or guardian, upon proper request and identification, the following information about their child: (i) a description of the specific types of personal information collected from the child, and (ii) the opportunity at any time to refuse to permit us further use or maintenance in retrievable form, or future online collection, of Personal Information from that child. Certain exceptions may apply to the foregoing provisions, pursuant to COPPA and other applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian entering information about children, you represent that you have proper authority to submit the child’s personal information, and agree to hold harmless OBD from any and all claims relating to the acceptance and use of such information.

FORMER USERS

Even after you stop using the Site or your permission to use the Site is terminated or ends for any reason, we may continue to use the Information as provided in this Policy, as amended, and in accordance with applicable law.

LIMITATIONS ON USE

OBD will not use your personal information for any purposes, other than those outlined above, unless we have asked your permission and have received your consent. OBD will remove personal information when it is no longer relevant for the uses for which it was gathered and will delete your name from our mailing list upon your request by letter, fax, email, or phone.

As we continue to develop, we might sell assets or buy the assets of similar companies. In such transactions, customer and user information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, such information may be one of those transferred assets, and we reserve the right to buy or sell such assets.
